Solo & Ensemble Festival Registration

Registration is due March 3, 2012.

Registration is on an Excel File form. You can find the registration form HERE or on the Forms page.

• Postmark Deadline March 3, 2012   Send  teacher cover form with copy of valid   MENC card attached and excel registration form from our website.
• Purchase Order or check must accompany paperwork.  P.O or checks are  payable to  SCMEA Orch. Div.   Please put teacher name and school in memo.  

            Entries sent without P.O or check or valid MENC card will be returned.

• $25 Late fee assessed for entries postmarked after March 3

• Medals and Certificates will be given to site chairs at convention in February based on an estimate of students entered, per site, last year. Please plan on picking them up then to save on shipping.  Site chairs please ask someone to pick yours up if you are unable to do so.

• Entry fee $5 per student for solo and same per student in ensemble
